How Do I Return Repairs?
- After you have identified a cable as a TRI repairable, go to the return material authorization (RMA) request webpage: www.teledynereynolds.com/contact/rma.asp to request an RMA # and to inform TRI of return
- Complete RMA form in its entirety – include financial & ship to information as well as point of contact. Be sure to clearly identify reason for repair – this prevents time delays in the evaluation process
- Package repair accordingly – label outside of package with RMA # and send to:
