When returning assets from outside the U.S. please follow the instructions below if you are not using an embassy:

Commercial Invoice Preparation:
1. Must contain the following information in English language:
Part number
Description of goods
Country of Origi
Value for customs purposes (value should be the value on purchase order).
Do not use $0 value as this is not acceptable.

Shipment/Carrier Requirements
Shipment must be shipped using Federal Express
Use only the Federal Express Expanded Service International Air Waybill.
Complete Section 6 - Broker Select MUST be checked, add "Carmichael International" as Customs Broker in this
area.
Copy of commercial invoice and packing list which includes the Purchase Order Number
