How to Return Parts from Outside the U.S.

Please notify Stacy Kern at skern@teledyne.com prior to shipment.

When returning assets from outside the U.S. please follow the instructions below if you are not using an embassy:

Instructions for International Puchase Orders

Commercial Invoice Preparation:

1. Must contain the following information in English language:

     Part number
     Description of goods
     Country of Origi
     Value for customs purposes (value should be the value on purchase order).
        Do not use $0 value as this is not acceptable.
     Address the shipment to: Teledyne Reynolds, Inc.

                                            Los Angeles, CA 90066

Shipment/Carrier Requirements

    Shipment must be shipped using Federal Express
    Use only the Federal Express Expanded Service International Air Waybill.
    Complete Section 6 - Broker Select MUST be checked, add "Carmichael International" as Customs Broker in this
      area.

Copy of commercial invoice and packing list which includes the Purchase Order Number
